Please note, Application Approvals will ONLY come from Kay Maynard. If you have not been contacted by Kay Maynard, your application has not been approved.
Vendors are required to remain on site during entirety of the event. No vehicle access is allowed in vendor and pedestrian areas for safety protocols until event has concluded.
Requirements & Day-Of Logistics

Booth Size: 10X10. All vendors must provide their own tent. Tents must be secured by SANDBAGS ONLY — no stakes will be permitted. Vendors must assemble and breakdown their own tent. Booth locations will be assigned by Sunday Soul staff.

Electricity: We do not provide electricity. Please be prepared to supply your own as needed.

Check-In: Vendor registration and check in will take place at the Kay Maynard State Farm office. Check-in will begin at 10:00am. All vendors must be checked-in by 12:00pm.

Set Up: Booth set up will begin at 10:00am and conclude at 12:00pm. All Food Trucks must be onsite and in assigned location no later than 12:00pm.
